Backoffice assistant and operator - this is not a cold call

Are you an energetic summer personality and would you enjoy calling our owners?_x000D_
This is not about soliciting new clients (so-called cold calling)._x000D_
You will maintain our good business relations with real estate owners with whom we cooperate for a long time, renew their real estate from our archive (we have been on the market for 30 years and have more than 15 thousand owners in the database) and try to acquire new real estate from them. You will occasionally help our back office manager with minor organizational and administrative tasks. If you are multi-functional, you will definitely not be bored with us. After training, there is a possibility of part-time work from home._x000D_
What we expect from you:_x000D_
Experience with recruiting clients and with real estate._x000D_
Excellent communication skills, assertiveness._x000D_
Perfect knowledge of Czech and English._x000D_
Positive attitude and persistence when calling (you don't always make the right call)._x000D_
Independent, responsible, mature personality and good health._x000D_
Working with a PC and the Internet at the user level._x000D_
Residence in Prague and knowledge of it (you must not travel from far away)._x000D_
Good reference._x000D_
