Buyer (chemicals/packaging category - specific period)

We are currently looking for a Buyer (chemicals/packaging category - fixed period), oriented towards figures and proactive for Navodari within the Rompetrol Services Center company. Rompetrol Services Center functions as a Service Center including support functions (Administrative, Financial, Human Resources, IT, Legal, Procurement, Service Improvement, QHSE, Secretariat). In 2015, the Service Center was born, covering all Romanian legal entities and working in accordance with the new defined processes, roles and responsibilities and the goal to better serve our clients and to provide high quality services to the Group. Your new role: Carry out the process of purchasing products and services at the company/group level at the request of internal clients or at the initiative of the Procurement department by observing the pre-established technical-economic parameters and internal norms and procedures in force. The activities that will help you shine: 1.    Managing the processes of purchasing products and services at the company level and initiating the conclusion of purchase contracts.•    Carrying out the selection process of suppliers of products and services as well as concluding contracts;•    Providing support to Ariba system users for the Sourcing module related to the categories for which purchases;•    Participating, at the request of the direct superior, in intra- and inter-departmental projects or activities, of a temporary nature, depending on his role and competences, to contribute to the achievement of the team's objectives2.    Managing the performance of purchase contracts.•    The performance of procurement processes in E-Procurement systems or outside them, as the case may be allocated.•    Contacts and holds discussions with suppliers to resolve contractual issues related to price, quality, delivery or invoicing, together with the contract roll-out.•    Communicates with the state authorities and uses the reporting systems specific to the activity. (EMCS, SPV)•    Registers / monitors orders in the company's ERP systems for ongoing contracts by him;•    Responsible for reconciling invoices regarding contractual terms, quantity, between the finance department and suppliers (price, quantity, etc.).
