Chief Operating Officer

Ocean Ideas Holding company, which manages numerous companies/businesses in the territory of the Republic of Serbia and the Western Balkan region, is looking for a new team member - Chief Operating Officer Kopaonik, Apart Hotel (COO) at the location Belgrade, Kopaonik/Apart Hotel. We are looking for an experienced leader with strategic thinking, who will contribute to the further expansion and improvement of our services.

Job Description:

Leading operational activities and ensuring their alignment with the company's business goals;

Development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of services;

Resource management and optimization of business processes;

Cooperation with clients in order to build strong partnership relationships;

Monitoring of market trends and identification of new opportunities for growth;

Supporting the team in achieving high service standards.

Qualifications:

Graduated economist, financial analyst or lawyer;

Experience in management positions, preferably in the field of business support, consulting services or similar industries;

Excellent organizational, analytical and leadership skills;

Advanced knowledge of the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing;

Advanced use of computer programs, with emphasis on the use of MS Office packages (especially Excel).
