Role Description

We are seeking a Dispatcher to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of truck drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. You do not need prior experience — we will provide the training you need to succeed!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in assigning drivers to specific delivery orders based on proximity and efficiency.

Communicate with drivers, ensuring they have the correct information about delivery locations, instructions, and any changes.

Track delivery progress to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders.

Help handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, offering excellent service and resolving issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English.

No prior experience required — we will train you!

Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive tasks.

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Spanish language skills are a plus.
