Job Description
Schmiedmann Odense A/S is looking for a product employee to create and purchase items for our BMW & MINI spare parts and equipment specialized website.
You will become part of an ambitious product team. Your tasks will, among other things, include the following:
Contact with international suppliers
Create new items for the company's website
Updating of existing product data
Purchase of products/product ranges in collaboration with the company's director
Systematize and make work procedures more efficient
You will have communication across the entire company, from the salespeople to the bookkeeping and management as well as our foreign branches. In addition, you will have daily contact with our suppliers from home and abroad. As part of the training, a short-term stay in the sales department may get talking.

Your qualifications:
You have solid technical car knowledge (not necessarily about BMW and MINI, we can teach you that).
You are careful and quality conscious.
You are good at Danish grammar.
You are good at English both in writing and speaking.
You are an IT user at at least an intermediate level and that you are relatively fast at typing.
You are an orderly person who works in a structured way and schedules your tasks.
You have good business sense.
You are flexible and get the job done, even if it takes an extra hour.

A little about the company: Schmiedmann Odense A/S is a 28-year-old company that deals with international sales of BMW & MINI spare parts/equipment for passenger cars as well as BMW motorcycles. Schmiedmann consists of 2 Danish and 6 foreign departments, where the Odense department functions as a central warehouse and concept development site for the other departments. We are approx. 30 employees employed in the Odense branch.
