Economist

We are looking for an economist to help us in the financial - accounting department, who has previous experience preferably in the field of construction, who is an organized, responsible and attentive person. We appreciate knowledge in the use of accounting programs [an advantage is experience in the use of Siveco Applications] and the Microsoft Office suite. Responsibilities include: - recording invoices for the purchase of materials, for the provision of services, including utilities [RON and currency]; - preparing receipts for consumption of materials, fuels; - accounting acquisitions of fixed assets and inventory objects; - verification of the agreement of the management stocks with the monthly accounting accounts; - analysis of suppliers and customers; - archiving of the accounting documents prepared; - participation in the monthly and annual accounting closing processes [checking monthly purchase-sales logs, preliminary validation of D394 monthly, annual inventory, etc];- collaboration with the human resources department for processing salaries and checking the calculation of contributions and income taxes, analysis and preliminary validation D112;- preparation of statistical reports upon request;- other tasks received from the Economic Director.
