is a leading domestic development company that develops projects in the field of renewable energy sources, manages the construction processes of such facilities, and also manages and maintains successfully built operating power plants based on renewable energy sources. Our specialist team is known for providing high-quality services in the processes of realization of development, construction and operation of the largest RES projects in Serbia.
In order to expand our team, we are looking for a colleague who would join our asset management team in overcoming engineering challenges in the management and maintenance of large energy projects from the domain of renewable energy sources, in the following position:
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
FOR MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF RES POWER PLANTS
(PROJECTS OF RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES)
Job Description:
Monitoring the operation of power plants in the portfolio:
Control of power plant operation through monitoring of relevant parameters; identifying and solving problems on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Power plant performance monitoring:
Performance analysis of power plants through monitoring KPI indicators, for the purposes of maximizing production and efficiency of power plants.
Control of equipment operation in real time:
Using SCADA systems and other tools to monitor operation and identify risks or problems in the operation of power plants.
Implementation of power plant management tools:
Development, implementation, application and improvement of software and other tools for the management and maintenance of RES power plants.
Reporting:
Preparation of detailed regular or extraordinary reports on operation, management and maintenance and other processes related to the functioning of power plants, for internal and external actors.
Maintenance management:
Management, monitoring and control of the work of contractors and consultants during the preparation and implementation of maintenance activities.
Planning preventive maintenance:
Creation and management of a preventive maintenance plan for the purpose of reducing unplanned shutdowns and extending the life of equipment.
Support during emergency situations:
Coordination of activities and participants, along with decision-making during unforeseen shutdowns or breakdowns at power plants.
Contract management:
Management, implementation and monitoring of the implementation of power plant management and maintenance contracts, power purchase contracts, contracting and subcontracting, consulting and other contracts within the domain of power plant operations, while ensuring compliance with legal and other relevant regulations and standards.
Budget management:
Preparation and drafting of budgets for power plant management and maintenance, monitoring of costs and budget implementation.
Management of relations with interested parties:
Maintaining and implementing cooperation with local communities, network operators, individual participants, creditors and other interested parties during the exploitation of power plants.
Intersectoral support:
Providing professional support to other teams from other sectors in the phase of development or construction of power plants, with reference to knowledge and experience from the phase of exploitation of power plants.
HSE and Regulatory Compliance:
Taking care of ensuring the implementation of occupational safety and environmental protection measures, as well as compliance with other relevant regulatory requirements.

Conditions:
Basic studies of the electrical engineering faculty (major - energy or telecommunications).
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the energy industry (preferably in similar jobs).
Motivation for further career development in the direction of renewable energy sources.
Excellent computer skills (especially MS Office).
Excellent command of the English language.
A persistent person with good organizational skills.
Ability to react in a timely manner.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to communicate effectively and maintain productive relationships with internal and external parties.
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
Category B driver's license
Preferred competitions:
Interest and motivation for professional development in the field of RES.
Passed professional exam of the Chamber of Engineers of Serbia (Electrical Engineering).
Experience in power plant management and/or maintenance.
Experience in contract and budget management.
