We are looking for committed Social and Health Assistants for Team 3 in Home Care, which focuses on the new structure for early detection, triage and TOBS (Early Detection of Onset Disease). If you are passionate about optimizing care and working holistically with citizens, then this position is for you!
About us: Team 3 is part of Tårnby Municipality's Home Care, where we work closely together in an interdisciplinary team with social and health assistants, social and health assistants, nurses, visitation and permanent planner. We are in the process of implementing a new structure for early detection and triage, and we are looking for a dedicated assistant who can contribute to this development and ensure high quality in our citizen process.
Your tasks:

Active participation in the work with early detection and triage of citizens' needs.
Support and implement TOBS in collaboration with your colleagues.
Close collaboration with nurses, social and health workers and other professional groups regarding citizen courses.
Holistic and rehabilitative work with a focus on citizens' quality of life.

We offer:

Employment of 32-37 hours per week on day shift, with weekend shift every 2nd or 3rd weekend.

We are looking for a person who:

Trained as Social and Health Assistant.
Is flexible, responsible and good at working both independently and in a team.
Is ready for development, curious and wants to work holistically with a focus on TOBS and early detection.
Is good at collaborating and taking responsibility for the care and well-being of the citizen.

Salary and terms of employment

The employment takes place in accordance with the applicable collective agreement with FOA after negotiation.
The municipality's employment policy implies that, when hiring, references are obtained from previous and current workplaces. If you have been employed by Tårnby Municipality, a reference will always be taken from here. A criminal record must also be presented upon employment. Employment will be conditional on these being satisfactory.
