Facility engineer - building management - automotive

For our client, an international company, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Facility engineer, building management in automotive_x000D_
workload_x000D_
Management of buildings and land, their maintenance, energy distribution, electricity, switchboards in buildings and their regular revision_x000D_
Providing cleaning services for office spaces and workshops_x000D_
Ensuring object security, camera system and building security_x000D_
Ensuring object repairs_x000D_
Preparation of documents for the approval of the investment budget_x000D_
Preparation of emergency plans and submission to company management with risk assessment_x000D_
We require_x000D_
Technical degree and two years of experience in a similar position as a building management technician, facility manager_x000D_
Experience in the energetics of the technical equipment of buildings is an advantage_x000D_
Knowledge of the preparation of investments, contingency plans, technical specifications and dealing with suppliers_x000D_
Orientation in drawing documentation_x000D_
Jewish ID_x000D_
