Then maybe you are our new colleague at Child and Youth Center Randers. We are looking for a family consultant, in a permanent position of 37 hours a week, who will primarily handle family consulting tasks in families with children aged 0-13 years. In addition, a contact person is being sought, in a permanent position of 37 hours, to primarily handle tasks in families with children and young people aged 10 – 23 years. You must have a great desire to create meaningful changes for vulnerable children, young people and their families and be able to contribute with high professionalism and experience. You will get to collaborate with the organization's other employees, who deliver a wide range of efforts. In general, BUC Child and Youth Center Randers has a wide range of offers, which covers various therapeutic offers, psychological consultations, group courses, individual family treatment, efforts for young people, family supports, family consultants and offers for young children. In addition, we are in the process of an exciting process where 3 organizations have been merged into one unified center. Here we work cross-functionally and develop offers that are adapted to the needs of citizens and focus on implementing the Children's Act. This means, overall, that our overall Children and Youth Center is under development, and where we place a high value on employee involvement and a working environment where creative and development-oriented thinking takes place.Target group In the position of contact person and family consultant, you must work with vulnerable families, children and young people who need special support and need help to create the necessary changes in their lives. The work with the families, children and young people takes place both in the families' own homes and in the premises of the Children and Youth Centre. The tasks can be complex and varied. Family consultant Task based on the identified challenges and resources, which are described via referral from the Family and Counseling Center state, create conditions and opportunities for the child, the young person and the parents to handle and process experiences, reactions and feelings that may be an obstacle to daily life functioning to facilitate a positive and adapted development and change process for the child, the young person and the family based on the family resources to strengthen the parents' skills to provide adequate emotional care and to understand their child's and the young person's emotional signals, reactions and developmental needs in a way that the child and the young person
ge will have the opportunity to develop strategies in relation to this and to develop age-appropriate social, cognitive and emotionally intensive educational intervention, therapeutic intervention as well as support and guidance. We expect you to have education such as e.g. social pedagogue, social worker and preferably with relevant further training. that you have experience as a family consultant, family therapist or other similar function, involve relevant networks, participate in network meetings and other collaborative meetings, you have experience with and understanding of work in families with a diagnosis, you have good written skills, are persistent in your documentation practice and good at using IT. the child, the young person and the parents can deal with the difficulties the child/young person has to facilitate a positive and adapted process of development and change in the child, young person in collaboration with the family to plan and implement development-oriented activities to work with external partners who are relevant in the child/young person's network - including club, school, social network, leisure activities, etc. expect that you have training as a social educator, social worker or other relevant training and preferably relevant further training that you have experience with challenged children and young people that you can motivate children and young people for activities that you have good written skills, are persistent in your documentation practice and good at using IT.Terms, additional information and dates Salary and employment terms are determined according to the applicable agreement with the organization entitled to negotiation.You yourself organize your working hours flexibly based on your tasks.There may be tasks at odd times of the day and it is therefore expected that you have the opportunity to work approx. 2 evenings a week.
