Construction Engineer - for the preparation of Technical Books

Requirements: Higher specialized studies; Organized person, responsible with organizational/planning skills; Knowledge of legislation in the field of construction; Experience in coordinating a work team - is an advantage; Ability to plan and respect deadlines. ATTRIBUTIONS Is informed about legislative news in the field of construction inspection; prepares and checks work situations, work reports, minutes and any other documentation of a technical nature - requested by the management of the company; Has the obligation to be responsible for the preparation of the Construction Technical Books until the completion and handing over at the established deadlines; Supervises compliance with technical norms, technologies specific to construction standards; Participates in the of the determining phases of the works; Represents the company in relations with the municipal, county bodies and other bodies related to the projects executed / in execution; Responsible for the correct preparation of the tasks according to the job description; Keeps the confidentiality of the data to which it has access.
