Job Description
If you would like to use your legal skills in a job where you can both develop and become part of a collegiality characterized by professional curiosity, team spirit and mutual respect, then you should apply for this position with us at Jura IT! We are a team that provides specialized legal advice on various legal matters in connection with the roll-out of Banedanmark's new digital signaling systems and the subsequent operation, support and maintenance. About the tasks, one of your future colleagues in Jura IT, Manfred Sjö, says: "It is a pleasure to work in a section with a high level of legal expertise and complex tasks that are not exactly for the right foot, combined with an interdisciplinary nature, where you really get a technical and business insight into what it is that we actually bring to the digital Danish railway. That, among other things, makes me come to work every day with a big smile and curiosity!" As a lawyer in Jura IT, you will be an important part of the work associated with the establishment of one of the world's most IT-based railways. You will have the opportunity to work with complex tenders, IT law and contracts in relation to socially critical infrastructure, where issues such as investment screening, cyber and information security and an international supplier market must be taken into account. In addition to tenders, we also solve a number of other legal tasks. There is therefore a good opportunity to develop your legal skills in other areas of law, depending on your needs and interests. Common to the task solution is that you work closely with subject experts in Banedanmark's Signals department, who contribute with the technical knowledge, and where you contribute with your legal expertise. In addition to the day-to-day legal work, we at Jura IT also focus on business development, where we have recently prepared a tender playbook and currently have mapping of legal interfaces and collaboration with other government entities and much more. Your primary tasks will be to: Assist with the execution of tenders for IT contracts using the state's standard contracts (K0 contracts) as well as other service contracts, SKI purchases and framework agreements for Signals. Interpret different types of agreements and contracts, including K0 contracts. Assist in the negotiation of contracts and making contract changes. Provide other legal advice to Signaler in many different areas of law such as IT law, copyright and property law. Methodical approach and good communication skills Since you work with interdisciplinary projects, you must thrive in an everyday life where you are in dialogue with many different people with different professional backgrounds. An investigative and open approach is necessary, and in exchange you gain important insight into the process of developing and maintaining an IT-integrated railway infrastructure. In addition, your CV contains: Education as a Bachelor of Laws. or cand.merc.jur. You should preferably have experience with procurement law and/or contract law. Experience with IT law and K0 contracts will be beneficial. It is important that you work methodically and are able to communicate complex legal analyzes – also to colleagues without a legal background. Professional and social community with a focus on knowledge sharing. Your closest colleagues in Jura IT number approx. 8 lawyers. In addition, Jura IT is anchored in Banedanmark's central legal area, where we greatly benefit from broad legal sparring and cooperation with a total of approx. 110 colleagues. We therefore have a solid professional environment, where you always have the opportunity to get help and sparring from competent colleagues. About the working environment, one of your future colleagues in Jura IT, Thang Minh Le, says: "If I have to be completely honest, we have hit the jackpot with our team. I have fantastic colleagues, committed collaborators and skilled sparring partners. After three years here, I still feel that I am developing both personally and professionally. If you wish, you will experience a social workplace where we also meet after work for padel, four-night parties and dinners". a career with meaning and a balanced work life. You can look forward to a professional environment where we meet each other professionally and personally. Your new workplace is Banedanmark's modern office near Dybbølsbro Station and Fisketorvet. Salary You are employed according to the applicable agreement between Skattemi
the stereo and AC. The salary is determined on the basis of your experience and qualifications.
