Your primary tasks will be to: Assist with the execution of tenders for IT contracts using the state's standard contracts (K0 contracts) as well as other service contracts, SKI purchases and framework agreements for Signals. Interpret different types of agreements and contracts, including K0 contracts. Assist in the negotiation of contracts and making contract changes. Provide other legal advice to Signaler in many different areas of law such as IT law, copyright and property law. Methodical approach and good communication skills Since you work with interdisciplinary projects, you must thrive in an everyday life where you are in dialogue with many different people with different professional backgrounds. An investigative and open approach is necessary, and in exchange you gain important insight into the process of developing and maintaining an IT-integrated railway infrastructure.
