Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a new, dedicated team member for a maintenance manager position in a four-star downtown hotel! Maintenance Supervisor Duties Duties: Management and control of building mechanical and electrical equipment, troubleshooting in the event of problems Maintenance, management and repair of mechanical and electrical systems and equipment Carrying out and recording preventive maintenance Ensuring compliance with fire and occupational safety regulations Issuing, monitoring and checking maintenance workers' tasks Liaising with subcontractors, managing their work Requirements Expectations: Electrician and/or mechanical engineer knowledge Min. 5 years of professional experience preferably in a hotel, office building, or other facility area Punctual and independent work Use of BMS system Confident English language skills What we offer Casual work, elegant work environment, family atmosphere.
