Do you want to work to ensure that Danish buildings become climate neutral by 2050? Would you like to help run and develop our tasks within energy labeling of buildings and grants for energy improvements? Are you crazy about cracking legal nuts in collaboration with other disciplines? Then maybe it's you we're looking for! Welcome to the Unit for Energy-neutral buildings You will be part of an interdisciplinary unit that works with energy labeling of buildings and payment of subsidies to promote energy efficiency in buildings. You will be part of the legal team, which consists of 4 lawyers, and will work closely with the unit's other employees who are case handlers, engineers and digitization consultants. In addition to your close colleagues, you will work closely with your legal colleagues in Esbjerg and in other units in the agency. As a lawyer in the unit, you can make a concrete difference in the work to ensure CO2 reductions from buildings, while at the same time developing yourself legally in an informal and collaborative culture. The legal tasks in the unit include, among other things, to: ensure a legally correct and efficient operation implementation of a new EU directive on zero-emission buildings contribute to government cases and legislative preparatory work prepare legislative proposals and executive orders examine and advise on EU support law matters provide professional sparring to colleagues ensure quality case processing and handle specific cases. Your specific tasks will depend on your skills and experience. You will be part of our legal network, which aims to build and share knowledge across the centre. Who are we looking for? We imagine that you are trained in law or cand.merc.jur., have experience from a politically led organization and are familiar with the civil servant role - but there are several paths to success in the position, and we attach great importance to your specific professional and personal skills. It is necessary that you see the law in interaction with politics and technology. In addition, we would like you to have knowledge of public law, especially administrative law and EU law. It is an advantage if you have experience in drafting legislation and executive orders. To ensure a good match, we place particular emphasis on the fact that you can nod in recognition to several of these characteristics: Structured, has an eye for detail, is thorough by nature and can deliver high-quality results. Is a strong communicator, both in writing and speaking, who can communicate complex issues in a concise and understandable manner with an eye for the recipient.
