Jobdanmark is looking for office trainees on behalf of G.S.V Materieludlejning for the finance department, at their head office in Hedehusene.

We are looking for 2 office trainees with a specialization in economics for GSV's finance department, located at GSV's head office in Hedehusene, with employment on 1 September 2025.
The position As an office trainee specializing in economics at GSV, you will work in an exciting rental company with ample opportunity to develop personally as well as professionally. You will be able to learn a lot from your talented colleagues, and you will get a basic economics education, which will give you a solid foundation for your further career.
As an office trainee, you must, among other things, through tasks such as:
·        Daily bookkeeping in the financial debtor and creditor bookkeeping
·        Polls
·        Reporting of tax, VAT and charges
·        Participate in monthly accounts
·        Participate in the implementation of new work processes
·        Payroll processing
·        Other operational tasks
Do you want to be part of our team in Economics as a student? As an office student specializing in economics at GSV, you are good at creating structure in everyday life with many different tasks, interfaces and stakeholders. You get a versatile working day in a crossroads between financial tasks, which support all our financial processes, as well as support from the management and administration.
We are currently a financial team of 16 employees with broad experience in the entire financial palette. In addition, we have 2 students who are in their second year of apprenticeship (one is trained on 31 August 2025). It is important to us to get students who are not afraid to learn new things or take on the challenge with the help of your colleagues.
Education requirements You must meet the entry requirements for the office education with the specialization "Economics". You do that with, for example, an EUX/HHX. If you have a matriculation exam instead (HF, STX, HTX), you must supplement with EUS (5-week competence-providing course for students). Finally, you can still meet the requirements via a basic course (HG2, HGV, HG Turbo, HGS) started before 1 August 2015.
If you are over 25 years of age and have taken one of the above courses after 1 August 2015, we must ask you to send your prior learning assessment (RKV). If you are in doubt as to whether you meet the entry requirements, you can contact your local educational institution for guidance.
