Job Description

Taarbæk Church is located in a beautiful town close to Dyrehaven. A lovely group of people work here, divided into three gardeners, a church servant, an organist, five church choristers and a priest. There is really good and open collaboration in the entire group.
We are now looking for an office clerk/correspondent for the cemetery office per 1 June 2025 with responsibility for the cemetery office's administrative and accounting tasks. The position includes a limited amount of church service, but no personal registration.
The position is a part-time position of 27 hours per week divided into 25 hours for administrative tasks and an average of 2 hours per week for church servant duties.
We expect to:

You have in-depth knowledge and experience with budgets and accounts, including preparation of annual budgets, quarterly reports, annual accounts in collaboration with the council's elected treasurer
You can take care of ongoing bookkeeping, payment of bills, VAT accounting, etc.
You can take care of salary administration for church and cemetery staff, including reporting of temporary services, holidays and sickness
You will be updated on terms of employment, contracts and agreements
You are IT knowledgeable and therefore familiar with working in the various systems associated with the tasks, including managing the website
You can perform the secretary function for the Parish Council and be an octopus in relation to the many exciting tasks that take place in the parish
Your coverage of the church servant task is exercised primarily during holidays and illness of the permanent church servant

Your daily working hours will primarily be on weekdays, but some evening and weekend hours must be expected, especially when replacing the church servant.
Salary and employment conditions
Place of employment is Taarbæk Kirkegårdskontor, Edelslundsvej 10, 2930 Klampenborg.
The employment will be covered by the joint agreement between the Ministry of Finance and CO10 – the Central Organization of 2010 and the Organizational Agreement between the Ministry of the Church and CO10 – the Central Organization of 2010 for church officials with core tasks such as choir clerk, parish assistant/church and cultural worker or church musician and the associated protocol for choir clerks.
It is a condition that the mandatory 5-week training for choir members is completed within 2 years of the start of employment.
The position is placed in salary group 2 with an annual salary for a full-time position within the range DKK 321,916 - DKK 426,538 (current kroner). The fixed point is DKK 338,012 (current kroner and for full-time employment). Pension contribution of 18%, calculated according to the agreed annual salary.
There is an obligation to be available for the position. The availability supplement for a full-time position amounts to DKK 38,193 annually. In addition, an OK supplement of DKK 921.05 per year.

Church servant function at church services (funerals/burials, baptisms, weddings, etc.) - all days of the week
Prepare, facilitate and solve practical tasks at meetings, concerts and events, which can take place every day of the week, including evenings.
Cleaning and tidying up in the church, office and cemetery toilets
Operation of the church's technical equipment
Ordering goods for use in church services, cleaning and other activities
