Food artisans are wanted for the canteens at Guldborgsund municipality's town hall and job center

Are you a professionally strong food craftsman who is passionate about development and the green transition? We are looking for a skilled employee for our canteens 32 hours/week who, in close cooperation with the other colleagues, will help develop the canteens further. We are currently in the process of changing to a more organic and sustainable production, where we focus on taste and quality. We are looking for you who are creative and skilled in your profession, have a positive infectious energy and who are motivated by giving our guests a good dining experience. 220 users and also annually services approx. 2500 meetings, offering everything from coffee and cake, courses to larger receptions etc. You will become part of a team which consists of a further 6 committed colleagues who lift as a team to achieve our common goals. We work in rotation, so that all your skills come into play, both in the hot, salad, cold, meetings etc. The canteens are part of the operation under Technology & Environment, where we focus on trust, recognition and credibility, which we create together through good communication and involvement. We expect you to be good at collaborating, flexible and good at creating relationships, so that we always deliver good solutions in relation to the canteen's core task. We can offer the following tasks: Production of the daily food Rotation arrangement between the various functions of the kitchen Self-monitoring, ordering and cleaning Menu planning Collaboration and work communities across the organization We expect you to: Have a relevant culinary education Is creative/innovative, service-minded and dynamic Can work independently and participate in work communities across in the organization That you contribute actively to "the right solutions" based on the user's needs Are communicatively strong, and manage to have a dialogue-based approach to solving the tasks Are flexible in daily task solving Are good at prioritizing tasks when busy Have a B driving license We can offer you: An exciting job in our production kitchen where there is a focus on development, sustainability and independence A versatile everyday life A workplace where you get responsibility and the opportunity to influence Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7 a.m. 3 p.m. There will be few events outside this period.
