Requirements• Minimum of 5 years of operational/sales management experience, preferably in banking, financial services, retail, etc.• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams across the country.• Strong commitment to delivering excellent experiences for Magnor customers.• Solid analytical skills and the ability to develop and implement effective sales growth strategies.• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, both written and spoken.• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance & Banking, Administration or related fields. An MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage. Responsibilities• Coordinate recurring operations in the 25 locations in the country to ensure exceptional service and efficient workflows.• Develop and implement sales strategies that are consistent with overall company objectives.• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities on the regional market.• Analysis and understanding of the local market, consumer trends and competition.• Leader, mentor and developer of Regional Managers and team members, promoting a positive and high-performing work environment.• Implementation of sales strategies to increase efficiency, satisfaction customers and profitability.• Maintaining the highest quality standards of the services and products offered.• Managing feedback and improving commercial processes.• Managing budgets, optimizing costs and contributing to financial reporting.• Establishing individual and collective objectives for agencies in the country.• Carrying out periodic team evaluations and developing performance improvement plans.• Ensuring that all operations comply with industry regulations and internal company policies.• Tracking and reporting sales progress against established objectives.• Analyzing key performance indicators (KPI) and adjusting strategies where necessary.• Reporting to the central management regarding the evolution of the market and the achievements of the team• Analyzing the return on investment in sales and proposing adjustments, where necessary.
