Then we have the position for you. About us The Ministry of Defence's Real Estate Agency, with headquarters in Hjørring, has employees located all over the country. We develop and deliver the physical framework for both military operational units and other authorities under the Ministry of Defence. Our work is technical advice, case management, operation and maintenance of technical installations. About the position In close cooperation with your colleagues, local units and suppliers, you operate and maintain technical installations and buildings, including electricity, water and heating installations as well as low current installations in buildings and facilities. Your tasks also include high-voltage and low-voltage installations, district heating, and water supply lines with associated systems. You contribute to multi-year planning of maintenance and inspection, and you provide professional advice on the operation and use of technical facilities. You help to develop energy improvement proposals, and you will be responsible for the professional planning and supervision of the practical implementation of operation and maintenance tasks. The tasks vary from planned tasks to ad hoc tasks, including urgent needs. You are involved in project work, both as an involved party and as a coordinator within new construction and maintenance at the establishments. About you You are a trained machinist or equivalent and have experience with operation and maintenance of technical installations. Experience with management is an advantage. You are familiar with IT tools and email systems and you communicate clearly in both Danish and English in writing and speaking. You have a well-developed understanding of the dynamics of teamwork and thrive in a collaborative environment where you contribute positively to the community. You work professionally in your task solving and take responsibility for solving the tasks. You are committed and willing to go the extra mile to find solutions to tasks. During the start-up period, there may be areas that have not yet been fully clarified, and therefore you are expected to be flexible in your approach. It is a prerequisite that you have driving license B. Terms of employment The employment takes place in accordance with the joint agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees' Organizations - The State Area (OAO-S collective agreement) and organizational agreement for machinists on land in force at all times. Depending on your qualifications and competences, it is possible to negotiate supplements. An employer-funded pension scheme is attached to the position. As an employee of the Ministry of Defence's group, you are covered by some special conditions.
