THESE TASKS AWAIT YOU As a measurement engineer/technician (m/f/d) for piston compressors in the testing department at our production site in Schkeuditz, you will be in charge of measurement systems for the acquisition, storage and processing of various measurement variables and signals. These include parameters such as mass flow, temperature, pressure and electrical parameters on compressors, which are used to evaluate operating states and performance. This includes: Optimizing existing measuring systems on the hardware and software side Further development and calibration of measuring and testing technology Operating and programming databases for the purpose of storing and evaluating measurement data Selecting, defining and introducing new measuring systems and test equipment Planning, setting up and wiring measuring and experimental setups WHAT SETS YOU OUT Completed technical university education, alternatively: technician training in the field of electrical engineering or Mechatronics Expertise in measurement, control and regulation technology Manual skills (e.g. for setting up, setting up and adapting test and measurement technology) Knowledge of common CAE programs is advantageous Sound experience in evaluating data as well as knowledge of object-oriented languages and programs Analytical thinking, a solution-oriented way of working and the ability to work in a team YOU CAN DO IT BENEFIT Exciting topics and challenging tasks with a lot of scope for creativity Extensive training offerings and targeted employee qualifications Job bike leasing and subsidies for public transport tickets Company health management (including back courses) Company pension scheme and group accident insurance And much more
