Nordværk is looking for holiday replacements for the collection and driving team in Hjørring

Due to increased activity, we lack service-minded drivers who want to be part of a team where you jointly improve and streamline daily operations. Perhaps you are exactly what we need as a holiday replacement for our driving or collection department in Hjørring. We are looking for 1 holiday replacement for our driving department and 2 holiday replacements for our collection scheme. We are looking for colleagues who: Are service minded and proactive Have a high degree of collaboration skills Have good ability to maintain an overview, even in a hectic everyday life Holiday replacement in the driving department As a holiday replacement in the driving department, you will be part of a team of 20 drivers who handle our schemes for bulky waste, buried waste solutions, driving between our facilities and transporting waste to treatment facilities. Your primary tasks Driving containers between Nordværk's departments, for example energy plants and recycling sites Collection of bulky waste with a tarpaulin truck Maintenance of equipment such as containers and bubbles Requirements for the job: Driver's license CE EU certificate and Driver's license IT knowledge at user level Experience from similar jobs The following certificates are an advantage, but not a requirement: Truck certificate Crane certificate Holiday replacement in the Collection scheme As a holiday substitute in the Collection scheme you will be part of a team of 20 drivers, where we all focus on the good working environment, safety and high service. In the collection scheme, we handle collection from households in Hjørring and Brønderslev Municipality, as well as collection of residual waste in holiday homes. Your primary tasks Collection of food and residual waste at holiday homes Collection of plastic/metal/beverage cartons and cardboard/paper in the 2-wheel container Requirements for the job: Large truck driving license (C) EU certificate and Driver's license IT knowledge at user level Experience from similar jobs We offer a good workplace which is based on trust, respect, professionalism, cooperation and development. The positions are for 37 hours per week in a shift system. Meeting time: at 06.00. Workplace: Miljøvej 5, 9800 Hjørring, with exit from here. Employment on 1 May 2025 or by agreement.
