Business manager for a construction company

What will be a full time job:_x000D_
Active communication with the end customer_x000D_
Conduct negotiations, properly qualify the opportunity in its course, negotiate contractual terms_x000D_
Use CRM system_x000D_
Develop and maintain relationships with clients (from 95% SVJ,BD)_x000D_
Approach project managers and business partners_x000D_
Meet once a month with the team and the direct manager_x000D_

Ability to independently search for, approach and acquire customers, search for routes and requests_x000D_

Knowledge of the construction sector, experience with the trade of a similar product/service directly or through a distributor is a great advantage, not a condition_x000D_
