A dynamically developing construction company focusing on the revitalization and construction of apartment buildings is looking for an employee for the position of planner/budget._x000D_
What you will work on:_x000D_
Project preparation from control calculations to ordering and coordination of deliveries_x000D_
Cooperation with architects, designers, authorities, construction managers, subcontractors and investors and other team members_x000D_
Process works contracts and their amendments,_x000D_
Coordination of the preparatory phases of construction projects_x000D_
Preparation of the schedule according to the implementation documentation staveb_x000D_
What we want:_x000D_
min. With education, ideally construction employment_x000D_
Knowledge of building materials, technologies and standards_x000D_
Orientation in legislative and standard requirements_x000D_
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, experience with budget programs (e.g. KROS, BILAN, etc.)_x000D_
Ability to read and develop technical documentation_x000D_
Diligence, responsibility, communication and teamwork_x000D_
Advantage will be:_x000D_
