We are announcing a competition for the following position: Site manager

Job Description:

·         Analysis of project documentation and project preparation in cooperation with technical preparation

·         Organization of construction sites, construction works, mechanization and workforce in accordance with technical documentation and dynamic plan.

·         Proper management of construction site documentation

·         Regular cooperation with the supervisory authority and the investor, making proposals on possible changes to the project

·         Regular reports on activity, performance and results on the construction site

·         Providing quantities for calculation of the temporary and final situation of subcontractors (quantities for construction books)

·         Controls the quality of completed works, materials that are installed, works that are performed in accordance with norms

·         Managing and controlling the work of subcontractors on the construction site

Conditions:

·          IV degree of construction vocational qualification (SSS) or long-term experience in the profession

·         Mandatory computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project), reading project documentation

·         Driving license category B, active driver

·         Good communication, leadership and organizational skills

·         Enthusiasm, cheerful spirit and high energy level

·         Knowledge of working on a leveler

·         Knowledge of the technology of construction, installation and finishing works in high-rise construction
