Place of work - Pancevo

Your job will be:

Maintenance and control of the correctness of equipment and installations in the hotel;

Minor repairs in hotel rooms and public areas in the domain of all kinds of crafts; 

Answering calls, troubleshooting and monitoring client satisfaction results on a daily basis; 

Preventive maintenance - according to the technical maintenance plan; 

Reporting major malfunctions on systems and equipment to the immediate manager;

HVAC system cleaning and maintenance;

Knowledge of the functioning of anti-fire systems, aggregate and battery power systems, panic alarm systems and lighting;

Monitoring and maintaining the prescribed parameters of the pool water in the SPA center; 

Compliance with occupational safety and fire protection measures and use of protective equipment and work equipment;

Compliance with regulations, general acts, instructions and standards of the Hotel.

 You are expected to:

Minimum IV degree; technical professions (electrical, mechanical, etc.);

Understanding and ability to learn mechanical and electrical plant monitoring systems;

Respect for time frames and independence in work;

Experience in the same or similar jobs in a hotel;

Knowledge of painting and painting works;

Knowledge of the English language;

Knowledge of computer work;

Work in shifts.
