The adjuster is responsible for: Assembling, disassembling molds and ensuring their protection and integrity; Adjusting injection parameters according to the settings sheets; Ensuring the good functionality of the peripheral devices of the injection machine; Checking and supervising during operation the safety elements of the injection machine and auxiliary (peripheral) devices; Keeping the machines in optimal operating conditions; Respecting the work plan according to the production organization in plastic mass injection section and timely delivery of products; Monitoring during the injection process the good functionality of the machines and the conformity of the products in relation to the execution drawings; Permanent collaboration with the quality control service, operators and department logistics, timely intervention on the injection process for remedies whenever it is reported by them; Analyzing the causes of irregularities, informing and collaborating with the quality department and taking all the necessary measures, including the change of the injection parameters and their justification in the related documents according to the work instructions; Notification of possible defects in the operation of the machines or peripheral devices of the injection machine, as well as carrying out emergency repairs as soon as possible or notifying the mold and/or machine maintenance department about their occurrence; Following up and taking measures to block the non-compliant product; Execution and follow-up of maintenance of molds, machines as well as their peripherals according to the maintenance plans within the department.
