As a resource person at Fløng Skole, you are assigned to one class in the entry school, where, in collaboration with the class's other staff, you work closely with a smaller group of children into the larger group of children. You take part in the preparation and teaching as well as evaluation of this and work from a co-teaching approach. You must help define your role and the tasks yourself, and it is therefore important that you are ambitious, have drive and are passionate about bringing the specialized into the general. You can create clear structure and predictability, including visual support and clear guidance within special education. It is an advantage if you have experience with children with diagnoses, and that you have an eye for spotting the individual child's resources and needs.
