Transport manager

Job description:

- Management, organization and control of work in the transport service.
-Organization and analysis of existing distribution lines.
- Changes to existing and formation of new lines to improve productivity. 
- Coordination of work with the sales department and resolution of all daily problems related to the delivery of goods to customers. 
-Control of keeping travel orders, tacho slips and other documentation by the driver.  
-Organization and daily control of keeping the necessary records for monitoring the work of the workshop and the driver.
- Vehicle handling control.
- Control of the correctness and maintenance of the vehicle.  
-Daily control of vehicle hygiene.
- Suggesting measures to improve work productivity: occupancy of vehicle capacity and routes, optimal movement route. 
- Ensuring a sufficient number of vehicles and drivers for each day. 
- Compilation of the investment and investment maintenance plan for the transport service. 
- Issuance of travel orders. 
-Introduction of new workers to the job and for drivers a written familiarization with delivery lines and timetables. 
- If necessary, monitoring the operation of the lines in order to gain insight into the work of the driver. 
-Requirement of materials and parts. 
- Performs vehicle registration. 
- Manages tasks related to vehicle servicing performed in the transport service. 
- Contacts are made with representatives of the Ministry of Interior in case of disputed issues and with professional organizations in order to improve the work. 
- Creation of reports for management needs
- All jobs by order of the immediate manager.

Prerequisites:

Experience of at least 3 years in the same or similar jobs.
Higher professional education 
Knowledge of working on a computer, especially working in "MS Office" programs (advanced level).
Possession of a category B driver's license.
