Saxophone and clarinet teacher wanted for Ringsted Music and Culture School

Ringsted School of Music and Culture is looking for a saxophone and clarinet teacher with entry per 1 August 2025. We offer a job in a creative work community characterized by well-being and movement, with 25 wonderful, committed and welcoming colleagues who are ready to collaborate with you to further develop Ringsted Music and Culture School as a local powerhouse and a creative community for everyone. You have the necessary professional skills in saxophone and clarinet, preferably have relevant teaching experience - and find joy in teaching young and old students at all levels. You have a broad and open approach to genres and can inspire students to explore different musical styles. 16/37 with solo and beginner group lessons in saxophone and clarinet as well as ensemble. In close teamwork, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing the music and culture school's wind department - today and towards the future. We are also curious about your other skills and experience - for example within pre-school and elementary school collaborations. We offer teaching in music, visual arts, animation, drama and dance in our good facilities at Ringsted's former barracks and in certain subjects also out at the municipality's schools, which is why a driving license is necessary. The position comes with a number of other tasks in the form of preparation, concerts, meetings, projects etc., which are agreed and planned a season ahead. Employment and remuneration takes place in accordance with the collective agreement for music school teachers (FMM). Application deadline is Monday 14 April 2025. Interviews will be held week 17/18.
