Job Description
A construction site manager is needed to manage a construction site in Belgrade.
Requirements: construction technician with knowledge of earth and reinforced concrete works.
Tasks:
1. Creation of the organization of execution on the construction site - excavation, reinforcement, carpentry and masonry.
2. Creation of daily tasks.
3. Inspection of excavation, reinforcement, formwork and masonry work, as well as preparation for the same.
4. Plan for ordering reinforcement, concrete and small materials.
5. Completing diaries, daily reports, downtime and non-compliance books.
6. Monitoring of HRT.
