Job Description:

Organization, management and coordination of the accounting team and commercial activities.

Preparation and analysis of business and financial reports according to current accounting standards 

Calculation and control of tax liabilities (VAT, withholding tax, tax by solution).

Control of compliance with legislation related to accounting and tax obligations.

Organizational and process analysis to align business processes with production needs.

Creation and revision of the chart of accounts and the way of recording business changes.

Preparation and production of annual financial reports and consolidated reports.

Consulting and collaborating with management regarding business decisions and improvements.

Work with ERP systems and optimization of business processes through automation.

Active work on improvement, optimization, development and optimization of the information system in order to achieve better efficiency

Mentoring and training of team members, including development and implementation of new business and accounting policies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a university degree in the field of economics, accounting or a similar discipline.

At least 3 years of experience in accounting, with experience in leading and mentoring a team.

Knowledge of accounting standards, working in a manufacturing company

Experience in working with ERP systems and advanced functions in Excel.

Excellent knowledge of the English language, computer literacy at a higher level

Ability to analyze, monitor and reconcile accounting records, tax returns and other financial reports.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment, detail-oriented and high precision in work.

Mandatory driver's license category B.
