Do you want to help make a difference in the Danish healthcare system? Can you think strategically, create structure and momentum and are you motivated by a versatile task portfolio? Then the position of strategic EA and PA for the center management in the Diagnostic Center might be something for you. The Diagnostic Center is one of Rigshospitalet's seven centers with approx. 1,600 employees and an annual turnover of DKK 1.2 billion. The core services are diagnostics and patient treatment, research and education and innovation. The Diagnostic Center supports patient treatment by annually producing more than 10 million answers to laboratory analyses, more than 650,000 imaging examinations and the center has more than 1 million contacts to patients and donors. The centre's 37 professors and other researchers annually publish more than 800 scientific articles in internationally recognized journals. The center consists of 8 departments, each with their own department management. The center management consists of center director Randi Brinckmann and center deputy director (currently vacant), with whom you will enter into close cooperation, together with a strong team consisting of secretary, HR, finance and quality functions. The pace is fast, few days are the same, and there is also room for laughter and fellowship. Your tasks Your task portfolio is broad, and you must therefore thrive in a generalist position, where you must master tasks of both a practical administrative, operational and strategic nature. Concrete tasks are, for example: Support and planning of the center management's activities Participation in, initiation of and management of strategic and organizational development projects, as well as follow-up on this Case processing of hearings, regional inquiries and political issues Preparation of presentations and recommendations for discussion and decision in the center management circle. Practical planning/implementation of strategic, organizational and managerial initiatives in the center As our center management secretary goes on maternity leave in the summer of 2025, for a period you will also have to take care of secretarial tasks such as calendar management, preparation of agendas and writing of minutes, etc. You will also be involved in close collaboration with the centre's department managers. We emphasize that you have a relevant academic education at master's level and at least a few years' work experience from a larger organization Can work independently, results-oriented and are good at thinking ahead Have a high level of attention to detail and quality assurance and at the same time manage to raise yourself up in the helicopter perspective Ability to plan, coordinate and work in a structured way Finds good solutions, takes responsibility, is proactive and follows the tasks to the door Is outgoing and can work together with many different professional groups Is good at articulating yourself both in writing and orally - also in English Contributes to a good mood and a good working environment, even in a sometimes busy everyday life You must have organizational and strategic flair, be quick to familiarize yourself with complicated healthcare or political issues, and have general case management skills. We expect you to flexibly and proactively contribute to tasks, regardless of whether the need is strategic or practical.
