The Courts Agency is part of Denmark's Courts and is tasked with developing and administering the courts. In Economics and Analysis, you will be part of a committed unit that is responsible for the courts' budget and grants, including determining budgets for the courts and ongoing budget follow-up, as well as contributing to the financial law work in the court area. In the unit, we also prepare statistics, annual key figures and other management information as well as various analyzes related to the courts. Economics and Analysis is part of the Center for Resource Management. In the unit we are 8 AC employees and a manager. We are motivated by providing well-founded and sharp decision-making bases together and sharing our knowledge with others. What will you be working with? You will, among other things, had to work with answering parliamentary questions, assessing the economic consequences of legislative proposals and political initiatives, etc. to the Ministry of Justice, cases to the Directorate of the Courts and other forums, internal financial management in the agency's area and possibly also in the other court area. In addition, you must contribute to the handling of part of the significant number of ad hoc cases that the unit handles on an ongoing basis, including e.g. questions from e.g. the courts and other stakeholders related to financial management and management information in the court area. In the unit, we also work with determining budgets for the courts and ongoing follow-up on this, as well as target and results management. You are a generalist who thrives on a varied working day. You have a relevant master's degree in social sciences, e.g. MSc in Political Science, MSc in Administrative Sciences, MSc in Political Science. or cand.oecon. or similar and has an interest in financial management and the preparation of management information in the governmental area. You can be newly qualified or have a few years' experience - possibly from similar tasks in another government authority. We emphasize that you have the following qualifications: You have good analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers. You are structured and thorough. You are good at conveying complicated material briefly and precisely both in writing and orally. You are flexible and have good collaboration skills. You have great commitment and a good mood. We are part of a large organisation, and many tasks are solved in close collaboration with colleagues and management both in the agency, the courts and the Ministry of Justice. It is therefore crucial that you are responsive and interested in a close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, including especially the management of the courts as well as managers and colleagues in the agency.
