Summer holiday substitutes for the Center for Late Brain Injury

Are you ready to make a difference this summer?
We are looking for committed and responsible summer holiday temporary workers for the Center for Dementia. You will have the opportunity to work with people who need support and help in their daily lives and be part of a skilled and caring team.
Working period:
week 27-32 (possibility of full-time). There will be day/evening shifts and weekend work. There will be an opportunity to continue as a substitute after the summer holidays.
Training:
There will be thorough training before week 27, so that you are well prepared for work and can feel safe in your tasks.
Tasks:
As a substitute, you will support residents with cerebral palsy in their everyday life. Your tasks may vary, but can e.g. include:

Personal care.
Support and help the residents in daily chores and activities. Follow the residents' circadian rhythm.
Tasks linked to the operation of the residence, e.g. cleaning, light cleaning, cleaning wheelchairs and aids as well as serving food.
Work closely with other professional groups in the team to ensure a high quality of work.
Daily documentation

We are looking for you who:

Is empathetic and wants to work with people with special needs.
Is flexible, committed and can adapt to different situations
Can work independently and in a team.
Is responsible and has a positive attitude.
Experience with late brain injuries is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Our organization
The Center for Late Brain Injury is a specialist center that specializes in offers targeted at adults with an acquired brain injury as a result of an illness or accident. The rehabilitation is achieved through a wide range of efforts with the aim of providing the best prerequisites for quality of life, well-being and coping in everyday life based on the citizen's resources.
The tasks are carried out by interdisciplinary teams, consisting of health professionals, educators, occupational and physiotherapists. On Sjællandsvej there is room for 27 citizens and there are almost 90 employees who work day, evening and night shifts.

Salary and terms of employment
According to the applicable collective agreement. The salary is determined according to the principles of local salary formation according to the applicant's qualifications.
