Job Description:

He is responsible for expanding the network of new customers and visiting existing customers regularly
;

Creates and monitors the implementation of the sales plan for the corresponding territory;

Follows market trends, looks at potentials and provides feedback to the sales manager;

Conducts negotiations with customers in order to precisely define the sales contract;

Summarizes the orders of all customers and exchanges order data with internal services for further work realization;

Creates and is responsible for maintaining partnership relationships with customers;

Plans replenishment of assortment, takes care of optimal stock level;

Makes suggestions for improving the work process;

Preparation of reports (analysis of achieved results);

He is responsible for the collection of receivables from related customers.

Prerequisites:

Minimum 5th degree, preferably veterinary profession;

Work experience of at least 2 years in the pet food category;

Knowledge of computer work;

Category B driver's license;

Willingness to travel;

Advanced communication and negotiation skills;

Advanced planning and organizational skills;

Orientation towards teamwork.
