Coordination of construction work, monitoring the profitability of orders, division and control of the work of the work team and the activities of subcontractors, control and inventory of material, control of completed work, control of compliance with technological procedures, ensuring material and technical security of the construction, taking over and handing over the workplace, checking the progress of orders in terms of meeting deadlines, quality of work, technological procedures, meeting the budget, compliance with project documentation, keeping a construction diary, recording delivery notes and invoices, accounting documents, coordination machine mechanization, control of health and safety compliance, management of a team of workers and the capacity of suppliers, dealing with investors, designers, public authorities and suppliers, ensuring waste disposal, arranging for the construction site and its complete clearance, communication with the investor and construction suppliers, records of relevant documents and construction documentation._x000D_
Requirements: Group B driver's license, necessary knowledge of working on PC-excel, Word, Outlook, working in cloud data storage._x000D_
