Job Description
Do you want to help power the Energy Agency's communication? Energy, supply and the green transition take up more and more space - both in the political discussion and around the dinner table of the individual Dane. Do you think it sounds exciting to work in a communications department updating websites and written citizen inquiries? Then maybe the job is for you! From an office chair planted in the middle of the green transition, we must jointly make the Danish Energy Agency's new communication strategy a reality over the coming years. You will be part of a communication unit which must drive a fundamental change in the way the Danish Energy Agency works with communication across channels and efforts. As people, we appreciate a good collegial and respectful collaboration where we lift across teams. We value space and room to be who we are, where in life we are. Therefore, you can also expect lively conversations about everything from children, grandchildren, knitting projects, the city's best falafel to reviews of the weekend's hip concerts. There is room for diversity. What skills does the job require? The green transition and energy situation increasingly affects us as citizens. This gives rise to many written citizen inquiries to both the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Supply as well as the Danish Energy Agency. The Danish Energy Agency responds to citizen inquiries to both the ministry and the agency. The task is solved in the Web and citizen team in the Danish Energy Agency's communication unit. As a student assistant, you will both answer the citizens' inquiries, but will also work to make our websites better at conveying the questions that affect the citizens. This means that your work will alternate between citizen response, website updates and other web tasks. The team consists of a total of seven employees including yourself and another student. The team works closely with the house and the unit's other teams. We expect you to be in the process of a relevant higher education and have at least 1 year of studies left. We also imagine that you are trained in communication and have a flair for IT and the web. We expect you to: Be able to understand, handle and communicate complex issues in an easy-to-understand manner. Have a technical flair and can edit websites - or want to learn it. We use Drupal. Are responsible and show great commitment to your work. Has good collaboration skills and is open to new tasks. Has good drive and a positive attitude. It is an advantage if you already have knowledge of the energy field. About us The Danish Energy Agency's Communications unit consists of 26 employees divided into 4 teams: Campaign and Graphics, Press, Web and Citizen and Internal Communications. At the Danish Energy Agency, we make a difference every day. In Denmark and in countries around the world. We see climate change as the biggest task we have to help solve. We know that we have to think ambitiously and we know that we have to think new. Our goal is a smart, green transition, where Denmark takes the lead and Danish experience is used globally. Where new solutions and a secure supply are thought of together. We have a job with meaning. We are approx. 850 colleagues with a special team spirit. We are professionals. We are curious. And then we take responsibility for the future. Because we have this in common: We make a green difference in everyday life and for future generations. Salary and terms of employment This is a student assistant position with employment on 1 May 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter.
