Job Description

Are you looking for a professionally challenging student job in an exciting workplace? Then you might be our new colleague. We are looking for a student assistant who can help us organise, coordinate and evaluate courses and competence development initiatives for employees at Denmark's Courts. Who are we? The Courts Agency is part of Denmark's Courts. Our task is to develop, administer and support the work at Denmark's Courts, and we therefore help to work for law and justice. The Unit for Education and Implementation is part of the Center for Business and Development. In the unit, you will be part of an informal and development-oriented workplace, where we emphasize good collegiality, commitment and cooperation. The unit deals with competence development, HR development, organizational implementation and various development projects. We have 16 employees in the unit. What are you going to do? As our new student assistant, you will be associated with the education team, which, among other things, is tasked with developing and administering courses and training for all employees at Denmark's Courts. The Danish Courts Agency offers each year approx. 200 courses and training for the 2,500 employees at the courts, including basic training, specialist courses and management development. You will independently and in collaboration with the unit's other employees solve tasks such as: Contribute to the administration and follow-up of courses, seminars, conferences and other competence development initiatives Preparation of contracts, power points and other material for courses and seminars Research and information retrieval in connection with development tasks Coordination and ad hoc tasks, e.g. printing, journaling, writing and editing intranet pages in the education area. Who are you? It is not decisive what you read, but you can, for example, be studying public administration or other relevant social science education. You are a skilled and committed student who: has passed the 1st year and has at least one year left of your studies is strong in both oral and written communication in both Danish and English works structured and independently is service minded, committed and flexible likes to throw himself into new diverse tasks is used to using the MS Office suite. Salary and terms of employment You will be employed as an hourly paid student assistant in accordance with the collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees' Organizations - The State Sector (OAO-S collective agreement) as well as the organizational agreement for office clerks, laboratory technicians and IT employees (HK). Your weekly working time is 15 hours. The distribution of working time can be agreed flexibly depending on your studies. The position is wanted to be filled on 1 May 2025 or as soon as possible.
