We will need 2 health assistants in a permanent position or for a minimum of 3 months temporary work from 1 May 2025 in Narsaq. Narsaq is located in South Greenland with 3 associated settlements. The population is approx. 1500, incl. the 2 surrounding settlements. The health center's tasks primarily consist of consultation with the citizens of the city and its settlements. However, there is also a bed ward with 13 beds with a mixed patient clientele. As a healthcare assistant, you will have to work very versatile with both outpatient/emergency room inquiries as well as with hospitalized patients in collaboration with the other staff. At the Health Center there is, in addition to 1 doctor, the ward nurse, 3 nurses, 1 healthcare assistant, 5 healthcare assistants as well as 4 unskilled workers and 2 porters.
