Nurse (basic) or Social and health assistant is wanted for a permanent position at the Nursing Home Hylleholt in Faxe Ladeplads. 

28 hours in the evening shift (3pm-11pm) with weekend shift every 2 weeks.

About us:
Plejehjemmet Hylleholt is a somatic care center with room for 34 residents and is close to both forest, beach and shopping. We have our own production kitchen, where the kitchen staff prepares food for our residents every day.
We are a large committed staff group consisting of care home nurse, basic nurse, social and health assistant, social and health assistant, cleaner, activity worker, music educator and care home manager.
We all have our own tasks, but work together so that the residents EVERY DAY have an influence on what the day will bring. We focus on the individual resident's needs and resources, based on the individual resident's wishes to strengthen and maintain their quality of life, and the experience of being master of their own life.
We work in an appreciative approach to both residents and their relatives, and see relatives as an important resource and partner to succeed in the core task.
Since our residents, to varying degrees, have large or less complex problems, we have a great focus on constantly developing our professionalism, as well as continuously reflecting on how we solve our core task. This places great demands on you, as a social and health assistant you will therefore be regularly checked for competence by our nursing home nurse or base nurse in the evening, to be able to solve the complex nursing tasks that you must be able to handle. As a nurse, you will assist in the task of clarifying the employees' competence.
You are in close collaboration with both the nursing home nurse, the other staff group and the management.
