Preparation of the contract for construction work for individual remodelings (inventory, statement of dimensions)_x000D_
Preparation of construction component orders_x000D_
Preparation of the individual remodeling schedule_x000D_
Approaching selected construction contractors, coordinating their options_x000D_
Evaluation of price offers_x000D_
Administration of construction orders_x000D_
Preparation of documents for the contract manager_x000D_
Close cooperation with the project manager and designer on the comprehensive understanding of each individual store_x000D_
What knowledge and skills should you have?_x000D_
You have technical direction_x000D_
Familiarity with project documentation_x000D_
Advanced work with PC and standard SW (MS Office, etc.)_x000D_
