Do you want to be in charge of conversions and extensions, projects and furnishings at Denmark's largest hospital? The hospital has the Drawing Room in the Technical Department, which ensures technical solutions, furnishings and quality, which are the framework for clinical operations. Management, construction law and financial management You will be the manager of 17 passionate employees at Tegnestuen, who are a group of architects, engineers, building constructors and technical designers. In your work you will be responsible for all conversions and extensions, projects and furnishings at the hospital. With new buildings, you are the contributor who ensures that sustainable and future-proof solutions are delivered. More specifically, your most important tasks and areas of responsibility will include: Exercising leadership that results in good well-being, professional spirit and sound resource management. Cooperation, knowledge sharing, prioritization and sparring in the Drawing Room and among other managers. Develop and prioritize based on construction law and preferably experience with hospital construction. Ensure strict project and financial management. Who are you? You have a minimum of 5 years of experience with personnel management from a similar position. Completed management training. A relevant education as an engineer, building designer or architect. In-depth knowledge of hospital construction and construction law. the direction of a group of employees, while you have an eye for what drives the individual employee. In order to succeed in the job, it is important that you are committed and outgoing with a natural interest in understanding opportunities/challenges at the hospital and the ability to participate actively and co-creatively in the process of finding the right solutions by making the best possible use of the professional skills in the Drawing Room.
