Mlekara Kruna is a new, modernly equipped domestic dairy in Velika Plana. 

In order to strengthen our team, the position is open: 

TECHNOLOGIST IN PRODUCTION 

Key tasks and responsibilities:

Participation in all activities related to the realization of the production plan, including the provision of necessary raw materials and ingredients, monitoring of equipment operation and recording of production parameters;

Participation in analyzes of production efficiency management, with regular reporting;

Keeping track of the implementation of plans and procedures for ensuring product quality;

Participation in projects to eliminate non-conformities and bad trends and develop proposals for improvement measures;

Managing the production balance.

Necessary qualifications:

College education (VII degree - technological orientation);

Use of MS Office package;

Willingness to work in shifts.
