TK UNGDOMSGÅRD Leisure club
Looking for committed and ambitious educators for our leisure club 26 hours a day. We have both a permanent position and a temporary maternity position available. The maternity leave is for 12 months. The positions are to be filled from 1 May or 1 June
TK Ungdomsgård is a unique and ambitious leisure offer with a special focus on well-being, development and high professionalism. We live in a fantastic house, which contains everything from a wood workshop, cafe, fire pit, craft room, sewing workshop, E-sports room, role-playing room, own sports hall, gymnasium, theatre, music and dance hall, fitness room, multi room and a lot of fantastic children.
We are primarily looking for trained pedagogues for these positions, but if you have a level of experience or education that corresponds to a pedagogue, you are also welcome to apply
It will be a great advantage if you have interest, experience or competence in one or more of the following areas of activity – 
Outdoor life, with bonfires, bonfires and many other Scout-like activities that could fit in with the age group.
Dance, theater and movement. To be able to create a greater community and motivation in the children to participate in movement games, dance and possibly theater.
Board games, role-playing games (table or live), Magic Cards, Pokemon. or anything else that could be particularly interesting for our leisure club children. 
Computer games and Esports. We are especially looking for someone who will develop our E-sports room as an educational workshop. Investigate, test and explore what digital play can do and be active yourself in starting up projects in several directions within this and therefore not just "playing with the kids".
We are not short of creative and sports employees. It is of course fine if you also have interests in those areas, but if that is what you primarily want to work with, these positions are not obvious.
TK Ungdomsgård is part of Fritidscenter Bispebjerg Nord, which in turn is part of the independent cluster NBS4, so in addition to working at TK, you will also have good opportunities for connections with colleagues from our 3 other clubs. The working hours will mainly be between [phone removed] on weekdays, as well as occasional evening and weekend work in connection with special events.

Can be included in the house's many daily activities and occasional special events

Has strong relationship skills and an appreciative approach to work
Can express yourself professionally both orally and in writing
Rest in yourself and your professionalism as a person

Who are you?
You must see yourself as a person who is passionate about educational work with children and young people aged 10-14. You have the ability to inspire and motivate those around you. You are responsible, skilled in your subject, and contribute exciting ideas in the form of activities mentioned earlier in the post, which are targeted at the age group. You are a team player who can set direction as well as support your colleagues
