Your Responsibilities:
- Training and Inspiration: Develop and deliver training sessions for the teams at Furla, Coccinelle, and Mamaquilla stores, supporting them to achieve excellence.
- Promoting Brand Values: Communicate the standards and values of the brands to the teams and contribute to defining a unified and coherent customer journey.
- Continuous Development: Provide constructive feedback and identify opportunities for improvement within the teams.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with store managers to understand their needs and adapt training to their objectives.
