Truck Dispatcher for the US Market
What we except from you:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and writen
- No prior experience required, we will provide training
- Excelent comunication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive tasks
- Problem solving skills
- Must be able to work from the office, no remote work options available
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively search for loads on the load boards
- Engaging in negotiations and communications with brokers
- Booking loads
- Communicate with the drivers, ensuring they have the correct information about delivery locations, instructions, and any changes
- Daily communication and coordination between drivers and brokers
- Freight tracking and updates, track delivery progress
- Solving problems in real-time
- Provide exceptional customer service
