Job Description

MAC is an institution in Ringsted Municipality's Labor Market and Youth Centre.  We are looking for a colleague for team MAC motivation, which is a guidance and upskilling course for all the jobcentre's target groups. These are primarily citizens who are ready for activity. In team motivation, we are 4 colleagues who carry out a motivational effort, i.a. by using the site's various workshops, natural garden and specially tailored offers according to the needs of the individual. About the job Your tasks: Planning and operation of a skills workshop where citizens must have prepared a CV on Jobnet and a personal CV, help with self-booking, job search, Candeno, test yourself etc. To be able to hold workshops where citizens train e.g. job interviews, the elevator speech, train to be yourself, personal appearance, etc. possibly via role-play To be able to support citizens in filling out various application forms, e.g. single benefits, social welfare card, etc. To be able to support the citizen for any to get in touch with Debt Counselling, housing company, etc. Ensure that the job board is always updated with new job postings To be able to cover the workshops (Wood, kitchen and garden) if necessary To be able to observe and describe in writing the citizens' progression towards the labor market To be able to support the citizen's shortest possible path to the labor market To be able to enter into an interdisciplinary collaboration with the other employees in MAC's 6 departments, as well as the job center employees To help develop and adapt MAC's overall course offering.  We expect you to have: Experience of working with the development and motivation of citizens with other challenges in addition to unemployment, i.a. mental and physical disorders, abuse and lack of social and professional skills Pedagogical insight and experience from teaching Experience in writing and adapting CVs and applications so that they match job descriptions and emphasize the citizen's strengths and qualifications Familiarity with various IT tools used in connection with CV and application writing Good knowledge of how Jobnet works, including how to create and update profiles, search for jobs and use the platform's various tools and options You can communicate clearly and precisely, both in writing and orally, with different people and professional groups and can guide our group of citizens in presenting themselves in the best possible way Experience in conveying change to people, have good collaboration skills and know that the best results are created through joint efforts Creative and curious about finding other ways to achieve a goal Trustworthy and good at creating relationships Focused on creating better opportunities for citizens with reduced work capacity, by offering support and advice that can help them get closer to the labor market Can contribute with professional commitment, initiative, responsibility, independence and a good mood.Thrives working independently.Has a B driver's license.Can contribute actively to a good working environment and job satisfaction at MB12.
