COOK ala Carte

For more than 60 years, the Divani Hotel Group has been exemplary in serving the concept of Greek hospitality in its hotels. We are interested in adding to the human resources of the hotels of our Group, Divani Caravel in Kaisariani, Cook A' for the ala carte restaurants of our hotel. Responsibilities: Careful preparation of dishes with the aim of a quality result, based on the specifications and directions of the Chef. Adherence to all department and hotel procedures and regulations. Knowledge and observance of all safety and hygiene measures. Compliance with all cleaning and disinfection procedures, in accordance with the prescribed hygiene and cleaning program. Proper management, use and storage of all department materials and equipment. Attend daily department meetings, organized by the Chef or Sous Chef. Necessary Qualifications: Graduate of Tourism or Culinary School. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in 4* or 5* hotels. Knowledge of basic cooking and cutting techniques. Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene (HACCP & ISO) Ability to communicate in Greek & English. Teamwork and Cooperation. Effective management of situations and immediate finding of solutions.
