Architect

Designs, drafts the documents and entrusted projects; Leads and coordinates the implementation of the projects, so that the deadlines are met, the quality of the works is achieved and the scheduled costs are not exceeded; Ensures the correctness of the documents coming from collaborators/subcontractors from a technical-economic point of view; Prepares the necessary documentation for projects within the company, at all design phases: Feasibility study, Technical Documentation for obtaining the Demolition Authorization, Documentation for the approval of intervention works, Technical Documentation for Obtaining the Construction Authorization, Technical Project + Execution Details); Prepares the documentation for obtaining the urban planning certificate; Represents the company in relations with the beneficiaries, municipal, county bodies and other bodies that deal with approvals related to the executed projects; Develops and checks the technical components of the projects; Prepares and organizes the activity plans within the project and ensures the resources necessary to achieve the project's objectives; Keeps the project within the budget, in parallel with the delivery deadline; Cooperates permanently with the project team; Coordinates the project plans and presents them during the operational meetings; Follows the execution of the works based on the developed documentation and provides technical support to the builder during the execution period.
