Back Office Specialist (Stock Controller), on site

We support people at work and invite you to join our team in the role of Logistic Operator (Stock Controller), for Bucharest within the SOCAR Petroleum company, Retail Department. Activities that will help you fulfill your mission: 1. Databases:• manages internal databases regarding purchase details (supplier information, purchase prices, sales prices established by CATMAN);•  acts as an interface, maintaining contact with the accounting and reporting teams, in order to provide as clear and detailed information as possible, regarding the creation of products / suppliers in all ERPs ( HOS / SAP);• resolves requests for price changes, in accordance with internal policies, keeps track of price changes and operates them in the internal database;• maintains up-to-date registration of the order and the delivery schedule/contact persons from the supplier to the stations;• provides support to team members and the Finance Department to ensure and align system adjustments; 2. Stock Control:• periodically checks the stocks in the assigned stations;• makes forecasts regarding Demand and Supply, so as to prevent excessive storage and/or stock-out (OOS);• places orders to replenish goods, monitors deliveries, as well as any delays;• coordinates inventory audits;• completes the documents necessary for the orders and compares the items received with the items ordered, in terms of quantity;• ensure contact with CATMAN/supplier, in order to resolve complaints regarding quantity/quality;• keep records of products taken out of use from the stations and work with CATMAN/supplier to solve any problems.3. Liaison between Stations:• performs random checks and audits;• updates and keeps records related to stock adjustments (including daily shipments);• investigates customer complaints and notifies the involved departments;• fixes stock errors and proposes solutions to remedy and avoid their recurrence;• prepares reports and  reports inventory discrepancies;• identifies shipping problems and in daily deliveries, so that the inventory can be reconciled.
